Pocasi se asi zblaznilo, teploty se uz tyden splhaji ke tricitce a ja si to bajecne teplo poradne uzivam. Zahradka si take lebedi a tak si obcas udelam radost a koupim dalsi "prirustek". Tohle jsou Ibisky.
Vcera to s nami trosku zatraslo a to doslova. Nejdrive jsem si rikala " co to ti chlapy na te strese delaji " (prave pokladali tasky) protoze se hybal cely dum, kdyz se ale zacalo vse houpat a v kuchyni cinkaly sklenicky, doslo mi, ze je to zemetreseni. Nastesti se nikde nic nestalo, bylo nejsilnejsi od roku 2004, 6.3 Rychterovy stupnice asi 240km od nas. Zemetreseni jsou v teto oblasti na dennim poradku ale vetsinou mensi nebo dale a tak je ani necitite. Tady je mapa vsech za poslednich 30 dnu. Prestoze zijeme v oblasti Ohniveho kruhu a predpoved toho "Velkeho" zemetreseni nad nami stale visi, musim priznat, ze nejsme pripraveni. Pokazde kdyz se neco stane slibuji, ze to napravim ale ted "balicek na preziti" dam uz doopravdy dohromay.
We have gorgeous, atypical weather for this time of the year. The temperatures climbed close to 30 all last week and I am enjoying the heat. The garden is doing beautifully so I am still buying new plants. My latest addition - Hibiscus.
We are little bit shaken after yesterdays 6.3 magnitude earthquake. The epicenter was more then 200km away from here but the house shook pretty good and so did I :) It was the biggest since 2004 and even though I know we live right on the Ring of fire I hope we NEVER have to experience the "Big One". This is a map of earthquakes around us for last 30 days, they are pretty common, but usually not as strong and further away. It was a wake up call for me, we do not have an emergency earthquake kit in place after all these years living here and I am going to make sure we are well prepared.
