Myslim,ze uz jsem se tady zminovla,ze si doma delam jogurt.Je to velice jednoduche a i kdyz ja mam elektricky jogutrovac, muzete si jogurt udelat i bez nej(ja vyrabela jogurt cele roky bez jogurtovace).Ted mam tenhle laciny model,male sklenicky s kterymi se prodava nepouzivam,postavim do jogurtovace 2-3 litrovou sklenici a priklopim vickem.Pracuje to skvele. Vyroba je naprosto jednoducha a podle me neni nad cerstvy jogurt :))

Mleko se zahreje na potrebnou teplotu a prida se podmasli,za nekolik hodin,kdyz se bakterie rozmnozi,premeni mleko v podmasli.To muzeme ulozit do chladu a zacit konzumovat.Kdyz ale nechame podmasli dale zahrivat premeni se nam na tvaroh.Musime ho potom nechat "vykapat" na pozadovanou hustotu a vysledek opravdu stoji za to :))
Na obrazku ma oblibena svacina.Domaci chleba s tvarohem a mlade vyhonky.
I think I already posted about making yogurt at home. It is really easy. I do have an electric yogurt maker, but you can do it without it as well.
I am also making butter milk and quark cheese lately. You have to warm the milk to 84 degrease and then let it to cool to the room temperature. I use about 2l of milk and about a 1/2 a cup of butter milk to start the process. You mix it together and let it sit in a warm place. In about 12 hour you will have a full jar of butter milk. You don't have to do anything. Just put it in the fridge to stop the bacteria to work and enjoy. If you want to make the quark cheese, you let it go for 24 hours or more till it gets thick. Then it's done and all you have to do is to strain it to separate the whey and the cheese. I use cotton bag a sew, but any clean cloth would work. Just put it in a strainer and let the gravity work. It is worth to try.
