September went by so fast! We celebrated Neils "round" birthday this month and even our good friend Hana flew in from Calgary to visit and celebrate. We (especially the two of us) had a blast since we didn't see each other for more then a few years. Here are some pics.....

U nas "dole" u more "zakopavame" o lisky ale na hribky, kozaky, panske, babky atd. jsme si musely vyslapnout do hor.
There are tons of chanterelles mushrooms where we live, but to pick bolete mushrooms, we had to climb higher elevations. It was a great hike.

Tohle je citron naloceny do medu. Kdyz uz se do toho pustite, pouzijte bio at nekonzumujete chemikalie, ktere pouzivaji na postrik. Sklenice se ulozi do chladu, nejlepe do lednice a obcas protrepe.Citron se "rozlezi" a vse vypada jako marmelada. Po mesici muzete konzumovat. Pri nachlazeni nebo jako prevenci dejte asi lzici do hrnku a zalijte horkou vodou. Muzete take pridat nakrajeny zazvor, ten dobre uvolni nosní dutiny.
