Zmenila jsem vzhled blogu, coz neni nic noveho, delam to celkem casto :) Tentokrat vsak blog dostal nejenom novy kabatek ale i jmeno v zahlavi.
Minuly tyden mi prisly objednane nasivky se stejnym jmenem, prvni z nich jsem pouzila na mou Bellet Fashionista tasku. Jmeno budu pouzivat pro sve tvoreni, je to me zkracene jmeno a prvni pismenko meho prijmeni. Spravne je to MoniO,  vyrobce techto nasivek je bohuzel nabizi jen z velkym pismem.


I changed my blog background, which is nothing new, since I do it quite often :) But this time it's more then that, I also changed the name of the blog in the header.
Last week my order of labels with the same name arrived and I used the first one on the Bellet Fashionista bag. I will use this name for my craft creations. I shorten my first name and added the first letter from my surname.  The correct way is MoniO , unfortunately the label option was just all in capital letters.

Neodolala jsem a predplatila casopis Marina spolu s kurzem Bellet fashionista. Prez vikend jsem se konecne dostala k usiti teto tasky-kabelky.

I couldn't resist to subscribe to Marina magazine and online bag tutorial course. This weekend I made the bag.

Vzalo to trosku premysleni, protoze jsem nic podobneho predtim nesila, priste to uz bude "brnkacka". Latky jsou nakoupene a tak ted jen najit cas.

It took a bit of time thought since I never made anything like this before, the next one will be easy. I bought more material and now I just need more time.

Vcera odpoledne jsme si privezli domu vnoucka, je to teprve podruhe co u nas zustal prez noc. V osm jsem ho ulozila do postylky, usnul okamzite a vzbudil se v devet rano. Uzasne dite!

We picked up our grandson yesterday afternoon to babysit. It was only the second time he stayed with us over the night. I put him in bed at 8pm, he fell asleep immediately and slept till 9 am. Amazing child!

Jaro - Spring

Posledni dobou trosicku zanedbavam pravidelne prispevky tady na blogu. Pocasi se konecne umoudrilo, od minuleho tydne mame obstojne jarni pocasi a me to tahne ven na slunicko ( z obcasnou prehankou) a cerstvy vzduch. Po vecerech vetsinou zasednu k sicimu stroji, styska se mi po jehlicich a hacku ale i kdyz uz mame letni cas a svetlo je az do osmi , nejak proste neni na to vse cas. Takze alespon mala ukazka me posledni tvorby.

I am neglecting my posts lately. Spring and spring weather finally arrived and I am spending lots of time outdoor, soaking in some sun and fresh air. I am usually sewing in the evenings, starting to miss my needles and hooks. Even with the daylight saving time, I feel like the day is not long enough. Here is a little sample of my work.

Co takhle "kabatek" na hrnicek? Ted, kdyz uz nas pocasi zve posedet venku ale jeste prece jenom neni takove teplo, oblecte svuj hrnicek a pochutnejte si na kave ci caji ktery tak rychle nevystydne :))

What about cute cozy for your mug? Now, when you can take your cup of tea or coffee outside, you can keep it warm longer if you dress it up :)

A kdyby jste si chteli jeste pochutnat na nejake dobrote, proc neprostrit ve znameni jara ze "zajecim" ubrouskem.

zavarovacky - mason jars

Natrene lahve, sklenice na zavarovani, vazy, no proste nadoby podle vaseho gusta ted "leti" a neni nouze o ukazky a navody. Muzete bud nastrikat barvou ve spreji nebo natrit a hned mate nadhernou dekoraci.

Painted bottles, mason jars, vases are "in".  Whichever container you like to spray paint or paint the results are very nice, there is plenty of tutorials out there and you end up with your very own unique piece .

Japan

We have been watching news and development in Japan all weekend. We are thinking of the masses who are affected by the devastation, our hearts go out to the victims of this terrible tragedy.....

Happy Birthday Tess!

Nemuzu tomu ani uverit ze dnes je Tess 5 let. Kdyz ji bylo par tydnu, zlomila si predni nohu a sest tydnu ji mela v sadre. Jaky hrozny vstup do zivota pro male stene :( Kazdy den nas zahrnuje bezmeznou laskou a my ji ji radi vracime :) Vse nejlepsi Tess !!

I can not believe that our Tess is 5 today. Just 10 weeks old, she broke her leg and spent the next 6 weeks with a cast on her front leg. What an ordeal for such a little puppy :( She brings tons of unconditional love to us every day and we love her back the same :) Happy birthday Tess !!

Vyuzivame kazdeho slunecneho okamziku a teplejsiho pocasi k prochazkam po "nasi" plazi, ktera je na konci ulice, kde bydlime. Je to oblibene misto Tess, kde se vzy do sytosti vybeha.

Enjoying warmer weather and taking advantage of short sunny breaks we often end up at "our" beach. It's just at the end of our road and Tess loves to ran there.

Zacala jsem sit dalsi zajice. Meho prvniho jsem prodala minuly mesic a jelikoz se datum bazaru kvapem blizi, rozhodla jsem se usit dalsi "hadracky" jak jim rikam.

I also started making more "softies". My first rabbit sold at a mom swap last month and so I decided I'll make some more since another one is coming up soon.

Jeste se musim zminit, ze Tereza (dcera) se take dala do siti a prodeje. Jeji latkove Matrosky jsou uvedeny jako produkt mesice na webu mistniho detskeho butiku. Jsem na ni patricne pysna !

My daughter is also sewing and selling her creations. Her Matryoshka dolls are the featured product at our local baby boutique. I am so proud of her!
